QUICK AND EASY BLUEBERRY RECIPE

The Double B Booster

Following on from yesterday’s post here is a recipe for a quick and easy smoothie, which I have named the ‘Double B Booster’

Ingredients

1 cup of blueberries

2 bananas

2 good handfuls of baby leaf spinach

1/2 cup of water

 

 

Directions

Put all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.

(Don’t worry if you don’t have a high powered blender – it will still work and taste as good, you’ll just have more bits to chew!)

Not only does this smoothie contain  lots of powerful nutrients it is also filling, and should keep you feeling satisified for quite some time.
