How Do You Sleep – what does your position say about you?

Do you get a good night’s sleep? Or are you someone who wakes up feeling unrefreshed, full of aches and pains, or feeling nauseous, or bad tempered? How you feel on waking might have a lot to do with the position you adopt in bed. Our health is directly related not only to our quality of sleep but maybe also to how we actually lay in bed.
