The Health Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is a foodstuff which has been around for a very long time and this simple product has some amazing benefits for your health. For hundreds years it has been used both as a food and a medicine, as an energizing tonic and a healing elixir.

  5. I love my apple cider vinegar! I drink it every day. It’s helped my heartburn and I think it’s helping my arthritis as well. In addition to adding to salad dressings and soups, try adding to your fruit and protein smoothie. It really brings out the brightness of the fruit. Yum!
